
1. Open a current account: Please visit your nearest IB outlet to open your account. You will be required to bring both the original and copies (stamped) of the Business License and Organization Code Certificate of the company, as well as the corporate seal and bank reserve seal (financial seal and personal seal). (Customers who have previously opened a current account may ignore this step).
2. Complete the application form and agreement for Internet Banking: Please complete the Application Form for Corporate Internet Banking Service of IB , the Internet Corporate Banking Service Agreement of IB and the Application Form for Customer Certificate for Corporate Internet Banking of IB at the outlet in which the current account was opened. Materials required include a photocopy of the original business license or the counterpart and the originals and photocopies of the ID certificates of the proposed supervisor and administrator of Internet Banking.
3. Approved and processing by the bank: The bank will approve the materials submitted by the client and process the account opening procedures for Internet Banking. The counter operator opens the Internet Banking service, prints the password envelopes for the supervisor and administrator and applies for a pre-fabricated NetShield Certificate.
4. Collect the NetShield certificate and password envelopes for supervisor and administrator: Collect the pre-fabricated NetShield Certificate and passwords envelopes for the supervisor and administrator provided by the counter operator.
5. Download and install the NetShield management tool: Visit the IB homepage, click on “NetShield Management Tool” in the “ Download Center ”, and download and install the “Pre-Made NetShield Certificate”. After installation, insert the pre-fabricated NetShield and set the NetShield password according to the system prompts.
6. Logon to the service and modify system settings: Visit the homepage of IB (http://www.cib.com.cn), click the “Logon” button for Corporate Internet Banking in the “Logon Area”, input the certificate password and enter the logon page. Logon to Corporate Internet Banking as the administrator user, Under “My Corporate Banking”, users can establish transaction processes and conduct operator management (such as adding a new operator and setting operator clearance):
Transaction process setting: The company can establish different transaction processes for different services in internet banking (corporate financing office, corporate financing and group service etc.) according to the requirements of its internal control system. The system default is a two-tier model (handling and authorizing). Transaction processes can be modified to have one to five tiers, based on your needs. Setting come into force once the authorization of the supervisor is given.
Operator setting: There are three kinds of user in Corporate Internet Banking, namely supervisor, administrator and operator. The supervisor and administrator are designated when the customer activates Corporate Internet Banking and are generated by the bank, while operators can be added by the administrator at will according to transaction processes. The operating steps are as follows:
(1) The administrator clicks “Operator Management” followed by “Add New Operator” to add a new operator;
(2) The administrator clicks “Operator Management” followed by “Operator Clearance Setting” to set the authority of the operator.
(3) The settings come into force once the authorization of the supervisor is given
7. Do your banking: Logon to Corporate Internet Banking with a specific operator (handling, recheck, authorizing etc.) to process banking operations such as account inquiry and external transfer.
