1. Open the mobile browser and enter the mobile banking address: http://wap.cib.com.cn (Normal Version ) or http://3g.cib.com.cn (3G Version) in the address bar to visit the mobile banking website.

2. Select “China Mobile User”,“China Unicom User” or “China Telecom User” to log on according the operator for your mobile phone number.

3. You may choose any of the following three methods to log onto the mobile banking system:

• Mobile banking username + mobile banking password
• IB wealth management card number + wealth management card password
• IB credit card number + credit card inquiry password

4. Most mobile banking services can be handled without prior application, but the transfer, payment and mobile payment functions may only be used after an application has been completed.

Notes on Service Application:

I. Most functions in Mobile Banking are available directly without needing to apply.

II. Services requiring application include self-service payment, designated transfer, free transfer and mobile payment.

III. Activating designated transfer, free transfer and self-service payment:

1. Login to Online Banking with Certificate → Service Management → Account Authority Administration → Mobile Banking Service Application, activate / modify / close the mobile banking functions of designated transfer, free transfer and self-service payment.

Free transfer is only available to customers of China Mobile, and needs to be tied to a China Mobile phone number. With a bound phone number, the user may visit the Mobile Banking website and select “Login by Mobile Phone”, and may conduct free transfer only after successful login.

2. Apply for activation at any outlet of the Industrial Bank.

IV. Activating Mobile Payment

1. Activating online payment (applicable to “Nationwide Mobile Phone Top-up”)

Credit card: Log into the online banking website of the credit card → Online payment → Activate/deactivate online payment function, and then activate the RMB online payment function using the credit card.

Wealth management card: Activate the SMS password and RMB online payment function using a wealth management card at the same time. (1) Activate SMS password: Log into the Online Personal Banking website using a certificate, and activate the SMS password function through service management → SMS password; or open the SMS password function at an outlet. (2) Activate the RMB online payment function using a wealth management card: Ordinarily log into the Online Personal Banking website/log into Online Personal Banking using a certificate →Activate/deactivate →Activate/deactivate online shopping, and open the RMB online payment function using a wealth management card; or open the RMB online payment function using a wealth management card at an outlet.

2. Activating mobile payment using a bank card (applicable to the “Mobile Lottery”)

(1) Login to the Online Personal Banking website using a certificate → Service management → Account Authority Administration → application for mobile payment service, Activate/modify/deactivate mobile payment using a bank card.

(2) Or apply for activating mobile payment using a bank card at any Industrial Bank outlet.

(3) Only applicable to China Mobile numbers, and the daily payment limit may not exceed RMB 5,000.

V. Register Mobile Banking

Users may register Mobile Banking with an IB Wealth Management Card or Credit Card, and will be able to define a login name and password. After registration, the user may login to Mobile Banking using the login name, and will be able to manage multiple accounts. Registration methods include:
