- Enter the website address https://wap.cib.com.cn of mobile banking into the mobile phone and connect;

- Visit Monternet and follow the path "Monternet  → Mo New Life → Mobile Wallet → Mobile Banking → Industrial Bank" for connection;

- Visit with the KJAVA client software downloaded in your mobile phone.

7. How to download and install KJAVA mobile banking service?

Take the FX service for instance:

(1) Check if your mobile phone supports JAVA extension;

(3) Choose "Download KJAVA";

(4) Choose "Download FX Service";

(5) Choose "Download jad" or "Download jar";

(6) After finish downloading, the program will be installed automatically for use.

The programs automatically installed in mobile phone are named "IFX" for FX service and "IBS" for bank-security service respectively.

For assets inquiry and customers management services: please visit our WAP mobile banking website to finish mobile banking service registration via mobile phone, and log in with both "IB wealth management card and mobile banking password" for direct use;

For credit card service: please visit our WAP mobile banking website via mobile phone and log in with both "IB credit card and credit card inquiry password" for direct use; the inquiry password of credit card should be preset via counter, internet banking, telephone banking, or other channels.

For designated transfer, bill payment, FX transaction, fund transaction and bank-security services: please go to our banking outlets for service application, and log in with both "IB wealth management card and IB wealth management card password" for direct use after submitting "Application Form of Industrial Bank Mobile Banking Service" and signing "Agreement on Industrial Bank Mobile Banking Service".

For FX service and bank-security service of KJAVA mobile banking: please go to our banking outlets for service application, and log in with both "IB wealth management card and IB wealth management card password" for direct use after submitting "Application Form of Industrial Bank Mobile Banking Service" and signing "Agreement on Industrial Bank Mobile Banking Service".

When applying for FX transaction and bank-security services of mobile banking via counter, the corresponding services supported by WAP and KJAVA mobile banking will be opened at the same time.

10. How to register mobile banking service?

For first-time users who apply for our assets inquiry service and customer management service, please log in our mobile banking website to finish mobile banking registration, the operation steps are as follow:

(1) Visit the hone page of our mobile banking service;

(2) Choose "Assets Inquiry" or "Customer Management";

(3) Choose "Register";

- Set and confirm the password of mobile banking;

- Enter verifying code and finish registration.

Please note that the mobile banking password is matched to the given IB wealth management card, different wealth management card will require different mobile banking password.

11. What should I do if I forget my password?

Just reregister the mobile banking service and reset the mobile banking password.

12. How much is the charge fee of "Wireless Channel"?
