“Mobile Wallet” is a new mobile payment service launched by the Industrial Bank (IB) in conjunction with Beijing Union Mobile Pay Co., Ltd (UMPAY). UMPAY provides the content and operation measures of the various services while IB provides the payment settlement service for “Mobile Wallet”.

“Mobile Wallet” binds the customer’s mobile phone number to a bank card account. By means of text messages, voice prompts and WAP, “Mobile Wallet” provides China Mobile customers with an IB card with convenient customized financial services and a quick mobile payment mode that is available at any time and any place. Now, IB “Natural Life” wealth management card holders using the service can have access to functions such as the checking and payment of mobile phone bills, inquiry of bank card balance, mobile ticket booking, mobile insurance coverage, mobile digital card purchase and mobile donation.
