First Time Log On

1. Visit www.cib.com.cn and click “First Time Log On” in the logon area of “Personal Banking”.

2. Please read the IB “Natural Life” on the Family Wealth Management Card Usage Agreement, and click “agreement”.

3. Click “next” after entering relevant information. 

4. The system will send an initial password for internet banking to the mobile phone you reserved when you applied for the card. Please click “confirm” to change the logon password.

Note: If you reserved an incorrect mobile phone number when applying for a card, please correct the number at any IB business branch and reset the internet banking logon password. If you did not reserve a mobile phone number, please directly go to the internet banking application page. Please enter the relevant information according to the instructions on the page to apply for personal internet banking. 

5. Enter the initial logon password according to the SMS message, set a new logon password, and then click “submit”.

6. Enter the amended internet banking password and log on to your personal internet banking.

After logging on, you can directly carry out the following business: inquiry, fund, precious metal, wealth management, repayment of credit cards under the same name. If you want to apply for WebShield or activate the transfer, fees payment, online payment and SMS Gurard functions, please bring your ID card (original) to any business outlet. WebShield users can log on to their personal internet banking and can use their certificate to activate the above functions themselves.
