As custody bank of stock trade and settlement funds of various types, we can offer a full range of custody services to securities firms in compliance with relevant regulations and agreements:

•  Placement, custody and account transfer services, and

•  Funds movement supervision.

Handling

•  Open deposit accounts for self-owned funds and clients' stock trade and settlement funds with the bank.

•  Sign the clients' trade and settlement funds custody agreement with the bank by the legal person of the securities firm.

•  Report to regulatory agencies concerned.

The opening, changing and terminating of the following bank accounts of the securities firms shall be reported to the CSRC:

•  Clients' trade and settlement account of the legal person.

•  Clients' trade and settlement account of the business office.

•  Self-owned deposit account of the legal person.

The report application provided by the securities firm to our outlets will be submitted to CSRC by our head office. To file such an application, the securities firms shall produce the following documents:

•  Letter of application regarding to the opening, changing and terminating of the bank accounts of securities firm or its business offices, on which a detailed list of accounts to be reported shall be in place.

•  For clients' stock trade and settlement accounts of the firm's business offices, photocopy of the letter of authorization from its legal person shall also be included with possible waiver in cases below:

  - The bank is the full custodian or legal person custodian for the stock trade and settlement funds of the securities firm.

  - The legal person's seal is stamped on the custodian agreement signed between the business office and the bank.

  - Photocopy of the business licenses of the securities firm or its business office.
