Development Strategy

2011-2015 is a key period for the Bank to make strategic transformation and achieve new breakthrough. With development as top priority, transformation as core task and innovation as underlying driver, the Bank will seize opportunities emergingg from this period, adhere to the management principle of “strictness, professionalism, high technology and good service”, seek a correct development path, and make great efforts to deepen reform and strengthen growth momentum. The Bank will allocate strategically important development resources such as capital in a rational and efficient way, push forward business innovation and operating transformation, reinforce internal control management, and promote breakthrough development and professional skills enhancement in key regions and businesses. Committed to building itself into a mainstream banking group featuring solid foundation, coordinated structure, standout professionalism, distinctive characteristics, great power and strong sense of responsibility, the Bank will strive to accomplish all goals set in the next five-year plan and forge ahead towards the lofty goal of “building a first-grade and long-standing Industrial Bank”.   

Pursuant to the above development strategy, the Bank will focus on the following six priorities:
