Organizational Structure
Leveraging the advantage of three-tier banking system which consists of head office, branches and sub-branches, the Bank pushes for a market-oriented and customer-focused operating and management structure in accordance with the principle of “flatization, specialization and centralization” and “separation of front, middle and back offices”. The Bank has set up a variety of business processing or management centers, initially formed business units based on business lines, and established a matrix management model by promoting dual-line operation.
